The Green Advocacy for Conflict & Resilience Building (GACRB) team is in Adamawa State as part of its Africa Transitional Justice Legacy Fund (ATJLF) supported transitional justice engagements in Northeast Nigeria.

The initiative is part of ongoing capacity-building efforts targeting 100 cohorts of community stakeholders, including religious and traditional rulers, youths, women’s groups, and persons with disabilities, under the theme Sulhu Sai Da Adalci (Reconciliation Requires Justice).

As part of the program, some trained stakeholders will be selected for an upcoming step-down training in communities socially divided by the Boko Haram insurgency. The training is designed to support community healing from past conflicts, foster reconciliation, and promote sustainable peace.
